Abstract Submission Terms and Conditions

In submitting an abstract, you agree to the following abstract terms and conditions.

Abstract word count
Abstracts must not exceed 400 words. This word limit applies only to the main body of the abstract and excludes the title, authors, and affiliations.Accuracy of submissionAbstract content will be published exactly as submitted. Please proofread your document carefully before uploading.

Conference registration
All oral and poster presenters must register to attend the conference to participate.

Selection process
Oral and poster presentations will be chosen from submitted abstracts. The decision of the Organising Committee is final and no further correspondence or appeals will be considered.

Research ethics compliance
Research projects must have ethics approval, unless the submission is a systematic review. By submitting, you confirm that any required informed consent (written or verbal) was obtained from participants or their guardians.

Oral presentations
Oral presentations will be 10 minutes in total (including 2 minutes of question time).

Poster presentations
Posters will be printed and displayed. Formatting instructions will be provided upon acceptance. Accepted posters must be submitted to the Conference Managers in the correct format and by the specified deadline. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the poster not being displayed.

Prize eligibility
Presenting authors must check their eligibility for prizes before submission. The Organising Committee reserves the right to exclude papers from prize consideration without prior notice if eligibility requirements are not met.
