Dr Tag is nuclear medicine physician with extensive international experience. She received her MD in Algeria and her FCNP(SA) and MMed degrees from Stellenbosch University in South Africa, where she worked as a consultant at Tygerberg and Groote Schuur University Hospitals and as a senior lecturer at the University of Cape Town. Dr Tag then spent over six years at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital in Oman, specialising in PET/CT, conventional nuclear medicine, and radionuclide therapies, while serving as faculty with the Oman Medical Specialty Board, her main area of interest is PET/CT molecular imaging. Dr Tag has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications in the field of PET/CT imaging.
